All the reviews are true they don't come from people who make stuff up myself included.Our experience was absolutely horrible from day one customer service representative at the office we rented in Denver Colorado was rude and would not answer questions about flat tires vehicle breakdown to Sara but we took our chances and that was a bad decision !

Day three of our five day trip vehicle broke down transmission went out and we did not get towed for four hours and we were towed to a Walmart parking lot because RV parking is free customer service representative did not do his job at all his name is Christopher and he works in Travers assistance at Cruise America. They are not helpful at all in their assistance . 22 hours later we are still waiting on a replacement RV that we were told it wasn't even cleaned yet at 24 hours past vehicle breakdown we received a replacement RV and it was dirty as *** all we got were apologies for a dirty RV because they didn't have time to clean it !

we missed the wedding we were going to we turned around and took it back to Denver absolutely horrible experience please please please don't ever rent from this company it will only cause you pain and anguish if the vehicle breaks down !terminating the contract mid trip is not a great option either because you have no recourse for return of any money we still haven't been paid for our Uber rides or hotel room that we had to get to put up 7 people !
